General Terms and Conditions – Kampeerboerderij De Boskeelen

Welcome to Kampeerboerderij De Boskeelen! We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. That’s why we use clear agreements regarding bookings, payments, and cancellations. By making a reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservation & Confirmation
A reservation is final once we have confirmed it in writing or by email.
A (down) payment is required to guarantee your booking (see payment terms).
The main booker must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for compliance with the terms by all fellow travelers.

2. Payment Terms
After receiving the confirmation, we ask for a 25% down payment within 14 days.
The remaining amount must be paid in full at least 4 weeks before arrival.
For reservations made within 4 weeks of arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately.

3. Cancellation by the Guest
The following cancellation fees apply:
 • Up to 3 months before arrival: 15% of the total amount
 • Up to 2 months before arrival: 50% of the total amount
 • Up to 1 month before arrival: 75% of the total amount
 • Within 1 month or in case of no-show: 100% of the total amount

We recommend taking out a cancellation insurance with an insurer of your choice.

4. Changes and Force Majeure
Changes to a reservation can be made in consultation, subject to availability.
In the case of force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government measures), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the booking. In such cases, we will look for a suitable solution together.

5. House Rules and Stay
Between 12:00 and 13:00 we enjoy our lunch break and are temporarily closed.
Camping: check-in from 14:00, check-out before 12:00.
Cabin: check-in from 15:00, check-out before 11:00.
Early arrival or late departure is only possible by prior arrangement and at an additional cost.
Our campsite is car-free. Please park your car in the designated parking area.
Go-karts and bikes are for children up to 14 years old and may only be used in the designated play area.
The haystack is for play, but please do not move the hay.
Only deposit household waste in the designated containers.

Kampeerboerderij De Boskeelen is a quiet location. Please respect the peace of other guests and nature.
Smoking is not allowed indoors. Dogs are welcome, but please keep them on a leash.
Any damage to property must be reported immediately and will be charged.
